Privacy Policy

At iSearchEngine ("iSearchEngine") we realize the importance of feeling safe online and are fully committed to ensuring that our users’ privacy is respected and protected. Our Privacy Policy outlines the types of information we collect and receive from our users while our users are within the iSearchEngine websites, including, but not limited to, iSearchEngine, (the "Website"), as well as ways in which we use and, sometimes, share such information.

What Information the Website Collects

The types of information that we collect fall under two general categories: personally identifiable information ("PII"), meaning it can be used to specifically identify an individual or business, and non-personally identifiable information ("non-PII"), meaning it cannot be used to specifically identify an individual or business. The information we will collect includes:

  • Reputation Score Form: In order to receive your Reputation Score, you may be required to provide some or all of the following PII: contact name, business name, address, e-mail, telephone number, website and other information you may be prompted to provide in connection with generating your Reputation Score.
  • Account Data: In order to set up an account or complete your profile on the Website, you may be required to provide some or all of the following PII: name, address, e-mail, telephone number, username, credit card information, billing information and other information that you may be prompted to provide in connection with setting up an account or completing your profile on the Website.
  • Information from Other Sources: iSearchEngine also may obtain both PII and non-PII about you from affiliated entities, business partners and other independent third-party sources and add it to other information about you. For example, you may link your Facebook or LinkedIn account to the Website, which allows us to obtain information from those accounts. The information we obtain from those services often depends on your settings in those accounts or their privacy policies.
  • Site Activity: iSearchEngine may store information about your use of the Website, such as your search activity, the pages you view, and the date and time of your visit. We may also gather information from your computer or mobile device (such as your IP address, computer or mobile device type, browser type, location, and Internet Service Provider (ISP)) to, among other things, analyze trends, administer the Website, track visitor movement in the aggregate, and gather demographic information.
  • Cookies: iSearchEngine, and third parties with whom we partner, may use "cookies." A "cookie" is a piece of information that the computer that hosts a website gives to your computer when you access a website. Cookies enable us to deliver content specific to your interests, to save your password so that you do not have to re-enter it each time that you visit our Website (if you choose), and for other purposes. On most web browsers, you will find a "help" section on the toolbar. Please refer to this "help" section for information on how to receive notification when you are receiving a new cookie and how to turn cookies off. Acceptance of cookies is not a requirement to browse the Website; however certain areas and features of the Website require cookies to function properly.
  • Web Beacons: iSearchEngine also may use web beacons (also known as clear gifs, pixel tags or web bugs), which are tiny graphics with a unique identifier, similar in function to cookies, that are placed in the code of a webpage. We use web beacons to monitor the traffic patterns of users from one page within our sites to another, to deliver or communicate with cookies, to understand whether you have come to the Website from an online advertisement displayed on a third-party website, and to improve site performance. We also may allow our Service Providers to use web beacons to help us understand which emails have been opened by recipients and to track the visitor traffic and actions on the Website. This helps us measure the effectiveness of our content and other offerings.
  • Third Party Tracking: iSearchEngine may use Service Providers to serve advertisements on our behalf across the Internet. These Service Providers may collect your IP address and non-PII or de-identified information about your visits to the Website in order to serve ads while you are visiting other websites. Such non-PII is anonymous or de-identified and does not reflect your name, address, e-mail address or other personal information; however, your IP address may be collected by such services. This anonymous or de-identified information is often
  • collected through the use of a web beacon.
